Yes. The browser-native compression engine, KB targeting, format conversion, bulk library, privacy features, and Gutenberg block are free permanently. We’re not running on a freemium-bait model. Pro adds genuine workflow upgrades; the free tier is fully functional on its own.

What’s the difference between annual and lifetime? expand_more

Annual is $29/year and includes all updates and support for as long as you renew. Lifetime is $79 paid once and includes all v1.x updates plus 1 year of priority support. After year one, lifetime users continue to receive plugin updates but standard community support; priority support extension is $19/year if needed.

Can I use one license on multiple sites? expand_more

How is ShrinkTo different from Smush, ShortPixel, or Imagify? expand_more

Those plugins upload your images to vendor cloud servers for processing. ShrinkTo runs entirely in your browser — verifiable in DevTools. No upload, no API key, no monthly limits, no third-party data processing. We’re also the only WordPress image plugin with exact KB targeting and Indian government exam presets.

What payment methods do you accept? expand_more

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), PayPal, UPI for Indian customers, and SEPA for European customers. All payments processed via Stripe with PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Will Pro features really stay private? expand_more

Yes. The Pro tier doesn’t change how compression works. All image processing still happens in your browser via WebAssembly — even for the cloud backup feature, where the original is encrypted client-side before upload to your own Google Drive / Dropbox / OneDrive (not ours).

Can I downgrade or cancel anytime? expand_more

Yes. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period, then drop to Free. Lifetime is non-refundable after 30 days but never expires. We don’t lock you in.
