Add Page Numbers

Insert page numbers in any position

About this tool

Add page numbers to a PDF that doesn't have them, or replace existing ones. Six position options (top/bottom, left/center/right), three formats ('1, 2, 3', '1 of 10', 'Page 1'), customizable starting number, and adjustable font size.

Why use a page numbers tool?

Page numbers make PDFs navigable — essential for legal documents, manuals, and any multi-page reference material. ShrinkTo adds clean, customizable page numbers without re-rendering the document.
